The Research On The Government Behavior In The Development Of Jinjiang Cultural Tourism Resources

Government has the responsibility to develop attractive cultural factors into tourism industry to promote economicdevelopment.The government undertakes the roles of guiding and decision-making in the development of cultural tourism resources.This passage will research several aspects regarding the development of the cultural tourism resources,such as the governments' behavior,behavior classification,the role of government,government behavior defects,reasons,suggestions and so on.Jinjiang has the possessor of rich traditional culture,intangible cultural heritage.Cultural tourism resource has greater prospects for development,but there are less research related to Jinjiang cultural resource development.Researching the behavior of the Jinjiang city goverment in the development of local cultural tourism resources is of great theoretical and realistic significance.Jinjiang city government in the development of local cultural tourism resources in the theoretical behavior and practical significance.Based on the investigations on Jinjiang area cultural attractions,and interviews with six tourists,the passsage analyzes Jinjiang city government behavior and its defects,and its corresponding reasons and measures taken regarding the development of cultural tourism resources.Jinjiang has a good prospects for its local cultural tourism,tourist environment is optimized,and the tourist economy grows rapidly.At the same time,Jinjiang increases its investment to the tourist construction constantly,improves its public services,and expands the cultural tourist influence.Jinjiang city government explored 6 cultural tourist development projects,including Anhai town,five stores of Traditional Cultural Block,East Stone folk culture tourist area and so on.Besides,it also schemed the cultural tourist development plan,introduced the related support policies,developed high-quality cultural tourist projects,carried out related three-dimensional marketing activities,and improved the marketing system of the cultural tourism.But government behaviors still have some problems on the strategic decision-making,supporting services,supervision,coordination mechanisms and other aspects,which could be resulted from the ideology,mechanism,the distribution of benefits,market development and other.Therefore,the Jinjiang city government should deepen reform,promote the rational exploitation and the development of cultural tourism.Jinjiang city government should scientifically confirm its own functions to play well in its strategic command functions,services,and oversight functions;to overall plan the cultural tourism resources,to plan and develop the direction and brand;to provide political support for the development of cultural tourism resources;to improve the tourism area facilities,and coordinate the hardware and software facilities well;to pay attention to attracting and training the cultural tourist development talents,and introduction of research talents;to reinforce the piblicity of cultural tourism and to strengthen supervision of the cultural tourism industry,especially the development of cultural tourism resources,cultural tourism service and cultural tourism price regulation and so on.
