Innovative Research On Management Models Of Floating Population In Counties

With the accelerated economic and social development and the deepening of urbanization,the floating population has become a new social development group.Most of them are located in the forefront of economic development of all walks of life,for the city’s construction and economic development has injected new vitality.However,the floating population has also brought great pressure to the city’s public security,public transport,public service supply and so on.At the same time,their own social security,labor security and the enjoyment of public services and other rights are not better protected.This series of problems will inevitably lead to new social contradictions,but will also affect the social harmony and stability and the healthy development of the economy.In the face of the status quo of urban floating population,the current urban floating population management model has lagged behind the needs of urban development,the urgent need for change.Based on the study and discussion of the management model of the floating population in the county,this paper not only contributes to the construction of the new framework of the floating population service,but also puts forward the new model of the management of the floating population and the further enrichment of the theoretical connotation of the service-oriented government.This article is based on "to ask questions-analyze the problem-to solve the problem" ideas to start.Respectively,using comparative analysis,literature research and qualitative analysis and other research methods.First of all,from the background of the introduction of the source of the floating population,the paper puts forward the theoretical and practical significance of the research on the innovation of the floating population management model.This paper briefly introduces the research methods adopted in this paper,and makes a simple combing and elaborating the relevant research at home and abroad.On this basis,the basic types of the floating population management model,the existing problems and the causes of the problems were analyzed in detail.In this paper,the paper analyzes the general situation of the floating population in Huian County,the management mode of the floating population and the problems existing in the management of the floating population,and then reveals the problems in the floating population management mode,according to the theory and the practical principle,taking Huian County as the research objects reason Through the analysis and reference,we select Xuhui and Shenzhen as the typical,analyze and refer to their better practices and learn from them,and actively explore the management model of floating population in line with Huian County.Finally,this paper analyzes the causes of the problems in the management of floating population,and tries to put forward the countermeasures of innovating the management model of floating population in the county.This paper constructs a "people-oriented" innovative floating population management model from the aspects of improving relevant laws and regulations,rationalizing the management system,changing the management concept,changing the management style,enhancing the participation,expanding the management subject and enriching the management methods.
