Ideological and political educators have significant status in the ideological and political education activities.Its quality will not only influence the development of ideological and political educators themselves and the construction of the ideological and political educators,but also directly influences the educatees recognition of ideological and political education activities and the effectiveness of ideological and political education practice.So researching this subject has important theoretical and practical significance.This paper focuses on the quality of ideological and political educators,and starts from its connotation to analyze its internal structure and external performance,and in view of the current problems existing in the quality of ideological and political educators,analyzes the formation cause of these problems,and discusses how to optimize the quality of ideological and political educators.The first chapter starting from the connotation of talent quality,reveals the particularity of the connotation of the quality of ideological and political educators.On the basis of ideological and political educators quality connotation,analyzes the internal structure of the quality of ideological and political educators and its external performance.Ideological and political educators qualities include ideological and political quality,personality quality,theory quality and ability quality four elements.In terms of four elements their own position,the ideological and political quality is the soul and personality quality is the foundation,and theoretical quality is the core and ability quality is the mark.Ideological and political educators quality externalization performance for four aspects: one is the practice to have a firm ideal faith and correct political positions.Two is to love and rich ideological and political education career sense of responsibility.Three is actively optimize ideological and political education system and promote the explanatory power of the theory of knowledge.The fourth is to challenge the current situation of ideological and political education and solve problems creatively.The second chapter discusses the problems existing in the quality of ideological and political educators,and analyzes its forming reasons.In view of the ideological and political educators quality inverse growth form,state of dormancy,malnutrition,this paper analyzes the causes of the ideological and political pedagogue and the external environment.Ideological and political educators themselves is largely due to its own quality training of subject consciousness is weak,on-the-job professional continuing education training to little effect,in the social practice in the elements of the quality of slow development and unbalanced.External environment influence includes three aspects,namely quality culture conditions have poor quality of ideological and political educators slow development of the elements;Professional access and promotion checks appeared deviation can lead to the development of the elements of ideological and political educators quality imbalance;Formalism tends to lead to ideological and political educators on-the-job professional continuing education training after to little effect.The third chapter studies the ideological and political educators quality optimization measures.In terms of ideological and political educators themselves,They need to strengthen their self-reflection,and take part in post-job education training and actively carry out the education practice of thinking and politics to optimize their self-quality.The external environment can build the atmosphere that is favorable to the ideological and political educators.First,it attaches great importance to the optimization of the quality of ideological and political educators.Secondly,we should improve the pertinence of the training of the education training in the post of ideological and political educators.Third,we should actively support the practice of ideological and political educators to optimize their own quality.Finally,We should scientifically evaluate the practice activities of ideological and political educators to optimize their own quality.
