Research On Management Strategy Of Armed Police Officials And Soldiers’ Social Networking

Because of the rapid development of Internet and the popularity of the network platform,social networking has become an important social media.The positive side of course is the main aspect,but there are also many problems,produced profound impact to national security,military security and social stability.CAPF as an important part of China’s armed forces,have special leadership system,functions and environment.Facing the impact of social networking,strengthen management is more urgent and necessary,to ensure that the Army have a high degree of centralism,unification,security and stability.Taking a provincial Armed police force as an example,this research focuses mainly use of management science and sociology theories and methods,based on the analysis of the armed police forces use of social networking and the present situation of management,find the problems and reasons.Then combined with the social networking management experience in the foreign military,propose the solution countermeasure.We aim at provide reference to strengthen the social networking management in CAPF.
