The Research Of Legal Issues To The Language Used In Cyberspace

Language as a vehicle for communication between people in social,its role is not only reflected in sending messages.If a language used by a certain people for a long time,the language could map the cognitive behavior of this area crowd,thinking habits and their social culture of that time.When a language used by a nation disappeared,then accumulates culture rely on the language will die with the disappearance of the language.In this paper,the first chapter outlines the research background,research meaning of this research,and the purpose of this article.The research background introduced the process of Chinese language specification development.research significance describes from the theory and practice respectively.The second chapter describes present situation in using words on internet in cyberspace,on the basis of the concept and characteristics of definition,pointed out present situation of using words and language in the cyberspace.The third chapter analyses current law system about specification language and the legal issues about controlling language used in cyberspace.The fourth chapter gives suggestions according to the problems corresponded in chapter three.
