Research On The Benefit Distribution Of The Partner Of Kate Law Firm

With the rapid development of social economy,partnership law firms have become the mainstream of the development of Chinese law firm,for a partnership law firm,partner is the most important human resources,is a basic core backbone and the development of the law firm.The interests distribution is an important factor affecting the relationship between the partners,therefore,how to deal with the problem of partners’ interests distribution,establish a good partner interests distribution system is an important subject of good law firms must be solved.On the premise of studying the theory of the interests distribution of the partners,this paper analyzes the interests distribution system of Kaite Law Firm in recent years and finds out the existing problems.After analyzing these problems,the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.Hope to provide a reference for Kaite law firm to improve the partners’ interests distribution.This study finds out that Kaite law firm partners’ interests distribution has the following problems:(1)As the law firm expands,the fairness between partners has become an obvious problem;(2)The allocation of the interests of partners is not incentive enough;(3)The distribution system of partners’ interests is not continuous or prospective.That is not conducive to the sustained and stable development of law firms.According to the above problems,this paper compares and analyzes the three kinds of partners’ interests distribution model:the average distribution system,the Ingredient preparation and the Point distribution system.Combined with the characteristics of Kaite law firm,the author points out the law firm should choose a new distribution model.The new distribution model has the following measures:(1)adjust the allocation of partners’ interests;(2)adjust the specific content of the distribution system;(3)improve the partner evaluation system.
