As of last century since 70 s,China began to implement the family planning in the country,the basic policy of the Chinese fertility rate has been eased rapidly,not only to China's rapid population growth momentum eased,also brought great economic and social benefits for the country,but also changed the mode of reproduction of the population.The first response to the national policy of family planning parents now have gradually entered the aging stage,the children at this stage will be faced with serious parents pension burden,the city one-child parents pension problem has become China's elderly pension problem the most important part of the.Therefore,the research and analysis of China's first generation of one-child parents pension problem,find a set of effective measures,not only for the one-child family is significant,and the steady development of our society and economy has very important significance.This paper takes Tianjin city city of the first generation of only children and their parents as the research object,using questionnaires,interviews and literature research,the only children and their parents in Tianjin city were carried out on pension and old-age security investigation,to further understand the city one-child parents pension,pension and pension issues will need.From the family pension,community pension and social security three aspects of problem analysis,through analyzing the problems and reasons analysis,put forward the countermeasures and suggestions,respectively from the improvement of family pension,strengthen community endowment and establishing the social old-age security aspects of continuous reform and improvement,in order to to better solve the contradiction between the city one-child parents pension and reality,promote the progress of domestic pension system.
