The OSCE Inspiration And Reference For CICA Organization

In order to further develop the role of the CICA meeting in enhancing the trust and cooperation of the members of the CICA,it is necessary to try to address its organizational issues.As an international forum with similar security ideas and objectives as the CICA,the OSCE has successfully implemented its organization,and its development experience and course have important reference and inspiration for the CICA.This article trying analysis the development process of OSCE,argued that it is a necessary condition for CICA to achieve the organization by clarifying the direction of development,building consensus and creating a favorable international environment.And,this article argued that China,as the current chairman state of the CICA,could play a role in promoting mutual trust and cooperation among CICA members and jointly building and improving the CICA security cooperation regime.Future CICA to achieve the organization should be based on the new Asian security concept as the ideological basis,and actively implement the confidence measures to strengthen the national linkage.In this part,the author briefly introduces the research background and the research significance,the research status quo in this field and the research method applied in writing.The article is divided into five chapters.The first chapter mainly analyzes the similarity between the CICA and the OSCE.A simple introduction to the history of the development of the CICA,from three aspects of the CICA and the OSCE similarities were compared.First,compare the similarity of purposes between them.Second,from the interests of diversity and coordination of major country cut to find out the commonality of them.Third,analyze the fragmentation risk faced by the two security cooperation regimes.Through the comparison,this article chooses the feasibility of the OSCE as the reference object of the CICA.The second chapter is the historical analysis,through the analysis of the development process of the OSCE,get some implications for the CICA on the organization of the revelation.First,the development process of the OSCE is described.Secondly,the focus of the OSCE security concept and development model.In addition to,the analysis of the shortcomings of the OSCE.Finally,it focuses on the implication of OSCE to the organization of CICA.The third chapter is a comparative analysis,by comparing the CICA and the CSCE the internal and external different conditions between the organization,to discuss the CICA to achievethe feasibility of organizational development.Including both internal conditions and external environment.The fourth chapter analyzes the prospects and the development path of the CICA.First of all,pointed out that the CICA want to achieve the organization needs to have the internal conditions,analysis of China in which the role played.Second,discuss the external environment challenges facing the CICA and find ways to tackle the challenges.Finally,it discusses the specific path of the future organization of the CICA,and concludes that the organization is the inevitable trend of the CICA.The fifth Chapter is the conclusion.This article argues that the CICA want to achieve organized in accordance with its own specific development steps,to solve the problems in the process of organization,lay the foundation for future development.
