Visualized Analysis Of The Hotspots And Evolution Of Government Performance In China

With the deepening of the reform of government,performance management has gradually been introduced into the field of public administration,which has become an important tool to improve the efficiency of government and improve the quality of service.As a research hotspot in the field of public management,government performance management has been paid more and more attention to the management of the government at home and abroad,and has become an important part of public management reform.Information visualization is an important research method in recent years in the field of Metrology and metrology.Information visualization technology can be used to analyze the research hotspot and development course of the discipline.Based on the statistical analysis of our government performance research literature distribution,scientific metrology and bibliometric based on the citation analysis,CO citation analysis and author co citation analysis,clustering analysis,social network analysis,frequency analysis methods,using information visualization technology,quantitative analysis the Chinese government performance research frontier and hotspot.This paper selected CSSCI Journal on government performance in CNKI as data source journals,methods of analysis,the integrated use of citation clustering analysis,social network analysis,a series of literature visualization analysis software,analyzes the research frontier and hot research of our government performance,reveals the evolution trend of government performance.The new method of information visualization is applied to the analysis of the research frontier and the hot spot of the government performance in our country.The study found that the study of government performance in China has experiencedthree main stages,namely the stage(before 2002),stage(2003~2009),mature stage(since2010),the research direction of each stage and the focus has significant features;in addition,through clustering and co-occurrence analysis of high frequency key words,the results show,research focus of our government performance are:(1)study on local government performance evaluation;(2)the study of government performance based on public administration theory;(3)research on the performance management,the local government budget and audit;(4)the method of performance evaluation;(5)Study on the construction of performance the evaluation index system.The research direction of government performance in our country is relatively concentrated.Based on the above conclusions,this paper forecasts the development direction of research on the performance of our government has the following main points: one is the research on government performance evaluation;the two is to promote the government performance management research on the construction of the rule of law;the three is based on the "Internet plus government" under the background of building a service-oriented government;four is to improve the performance of the government,promoting the reform of administrative management research on the system.
