A Study On The Internal Relationship Between National Governance And Public Spirit

Modern good national governance is the result of a new round of national governance paradigm shift,and this result needs the value of public spirit to lead more than ever before.As one of the most significant political phenomena in class society,modern national governance seeks to build a good social order through the development of democratic politics,fostering civic consciousness and building the rule of law,so as to realize the benign interaction between the state,society and the market.While the public spirit as the ethical spirit of public life and public relations always to maintain the public interest,to achieve public value for the theory of interest,the rule of democracy,freedom,equality,responsibility,order,fairness,justice and so on is its basic value Proposition.Publicity is the essential attribute of public life in the modern civil society,in order to maintain and realize the public interest as the ultimate concern,is the essence of public spirit.Based on the presupposition of "public value",this paper attempts to study the internal relations between national governance and public spirit based on the Marxist national governance theory and Marxist public theory from the Chinese context,based on China's national governance practice.The introduction part of this paper mainly discusses the selection basis and research significance of the thesis,the outstanding theoretical achievements and research trends of the related research at home and abroad,and the research ideas and methods of this paper.The second chapter points out that the theoretical basis of the state governance is the Marxist theory of the state,the theoretical basis of the public spirit is Marxist public thought,and the basic connotation and main features of the state governance and public spirit and the four forms of state governance are interpreted.The third chapter focuses on the analysis of the internal relationship between state governance and public spirit.On the one hand,it analyzes the internal mechanism of the formation and evolution of public spirit in discrete countries,captured countries,predatory countries and autonomous countries,and explains the effects of state governance on public spirit.On the other hand,it points out that the lack of public spirit will lead to the irrationality of the national governance subject,the weakening of the "public nature" of the state administration,the damage to the legitimacy of the state governance,and the influence of the lack of public spirit on the state governance.In the third chapter,based on the relevant analysis of the third chapter,the author concludes that the good governance of the state is the good development of the modern spirit of the public spirit.The modern growth of the public spirit lay the spiritual foundation for the good governance of the country.,According to the rule by law is the national governance and public spirit of the fundamental guarantee of benign interaction.
