Inter Subjectivity: Research On The Reconstruction Of Officials And Relations In The Public Administration

Official civil relations,whether in theory or in practice,are important issues worthy of study.Objectively speaking,today we have this form of public administration is not an ultimate form,it is necessary to move toward a new stage.We are confronted with the challenge of globalization and post industrialization,which requires us to reflect on the existing public administration model so as to construct a new mode of public administration that meets the requirements of the post industrial era.In addition,deepening administrative philosophy and administrative value research,in the process of public administration,the relationship between government and the people will become the reflection and research needs in the process of the public administration subject,and the research in China and the academic works are.However,it is worth noting that the construction process of public administration officials and the relationship is slow and lag,but also to the two clusters,should establish what kind of relationship,using the existing research rarely in practice and expect the system to achieve the effect of.To explain the connotation of the two relations in the course of their historical development.On the basis of other scholars' research,the author tries to break through the limitations of the study and use relevant theories and concepts of public administration philosophy and administrative culture to further study the subject.This paper reflects not only the common people and the officials,but an entrenched in the public administration officials and the specific relationship problems,it is not a simple research on the relationship between the two problems,but through the relationship between the two found its intrinsic value,in specific administrative activities,public administration in the "official" direct effect on the "people","people" ignore "subjectivity" in value,two in the activity reflects the divergence,this paper attempts to reconstruct the relationship between the two values,the concept of administrative system to get rid of bondage block,kidnapping,free personal interests.On this basis,and try to build a new relationship of "interaction,cooperation and cooperation" between the government and the people.
