The Research On The Quality Assessment And Improvement Suggestion Of Local Government Public Environmental Service

With the rapid pace of economic development, public environmental service has gradually attracted people's attention as an important aspect of life. With the social development, the public has more demand of public environmental service. The public's growing demand brings enormous pressure to the government's public environmental service quality. In recent years, the Party and the state have paid more attention to public service, and the academic world has concerned more about the research and improvement of public service system, but the study of public environmental service is slightly less than the study of public service, even the study of local government' public environmental service quality is rare, which is not conducive to the overall development and improvement of public service system.The study of the quality of public environmental service quality of local government will help to improve the relevant research, provide policy suggestions of improving the quality of public environmental service, and help provide the public environmental service,what the public need and improve the governance capacity of service-oriented government.Therefore, it is of great significance to evaluate the quality of public environmental service of local government.This paper mainly uses the empirical method to carry on the research, carries on the scientific analysis to the data obtained from the questionnaire survey. At the same time, the author conducted an interview survey, through the results of interviews with supporting the empirical analysis of the article,by this way to evaluate local government' public service quality.The writing framework of this paper covers seven parts:Part one: Introduction. This part mainly elaborates the research background and significance of this paper, defines the main concepts in this paper, and explains the research methods,structural arrangements and innovation attempts of this paper.Part two: Research models, research programs and data collection. This part mainly elaborates the research model, the basic hypothesis, the research plan and the data collection.Part three: Statistical Analysis of Questionnaire Survey. This part of the use of statistical analysis software to obtain the sample survey data analysis, in order to test the proposed hypothesis.Part four: Interview findings and case studies. This section mainly summarizes the information obtained from the interview and the case presentation.Part five: Analysis and discussion of research results. This part discusses the hypothesis test with the empirical analysis and the information obtained from the interview.Part six: Suggestions on Improvement of Service Quality. This part is mainly for the evaluation results, put forward policy recommendations to improve the quality of public environmental services.Part seven: Summary and Prospect. This part mainly discusses the research results,shortcomings and future research prospects of this paper.There are four main aspects of innovation:First, the research topic is unique. The quality of public environmental service has been paid close attention in recent years, but the research on the quality of public environmental services is scarce. Shennongjia as one of the world heritage, which attracts scholars to research its natural ecological environment, but few scholars study the quality of its public services. Therefore, this paper selected Shennongjia public environmental service quality as a research topic, has a certain uniqueness.Second, the research model is appropriate. The research model of this paper draws on the service quality gap model of PZB team. The model has been perfected by many scholars, and has been widely used in academic research field. On the basis of this, the author makes some adjustments to the model, and puts forward a new research model of service quality gap, which makes it more suitable for the research of public environmental service quality, which further ensures the validity of this paper.Third, the research method is empirical. In this paper, the main research means is empirical study, and using the sample statistical analysis to obtain empirical test results. At the same time, use the interview data to supplement the empirical results. This empirical study, supplemented by the interview, is more scientific and the conclusion is more convincing.Fourth, countermeasures are targeted. The questionnaire survey and interview results in this paper have a certain regional characteristics of Shennongjia, the paper puts forward some policy suggestions to improve the service quality of public environment, which has a strong pertinence.
