With the deepening of the aging population in our country, how to meet the demand of older people especially the disability elderly people becomes the unavoidable social problems in modern times. Due to the growth of the age, the elderly have some characteristic, like aging body function declining, mental function declining, brain function regression etc. Along with the ability to care themselves is abate, the degree of their demand will be deepened. Especially demand of the disability elderly people for professional medical resources and long-term care is more urgent. While the traditional pension model in our country, including home endowment community endowment and institution endowment, has achieved certain results in providing care and psychological company.But there are many problems in professional and continuity of health care resources. And mainly aimed at disease treatment in basic medical care of our country is not involved in long-term care. We can see that there is a distance between the provided by the current social and family endowment and the real pension requirements of the elderly. This distance is the separation of medical resources and endowment of resources. In the context of this era, Wenzhou as a city of southeast coastal areas in China is also facing the same problem. Based on these problems, due to the uniqueness of its development in Wenzhou, there is a certain research value in the combination of medical care and providing for the aged.Under the guidance of Marxist dialectical materialism and historical materialism, I finish the paper. This paper is objective in selecting samples and statistical information to restore the status of the combination of medical care and providing for the aged in Wenzhou. This study used the questionnaire investigation, literature analysis,comparative analysis, statistical analysis and in-depth interviews to find the problem and put forward solutions.This paper is divided into seven parts. The first part puts forward the background and significance of the research, the status at home and abroad and analyzes the difficulty and innovation.
