With the development of China’s economy,China’s cultural market has developed rapidly.However,the ability of local government cultural supervision is lagging behind,which can not meet the requirements of the rapid development of cultural industry,and the contradiction between the growing cultural demand and the supply of cultural products.Therefore,the local government cultural supervision departments must carry out the innovation of cultural supervision,improve the level of public cultural services,promote the development and prosperity of the cultural industry,to meet the requirements of the development of the cultural market.So this paper chooses the status of local government cultural market supervision and promotion countermeasures as the subject,through the combination of theory and practice,find the rapid development in the cultural market and strategies to enhance the ability of local government cultural market supervision.It is hoped that it can promote the cultivation of local government cultural market supervision ability,and also provide reference for the transformation of government functions in China.With the development of the cultural market and the change of the government management function,the research on the regulation of the cultural market is increasing.Innovative aspects of related research mainly focus on the government’s cultural market management functions of the supervision pattern,cultural market construction,cultural market supervision mode,enrich our country in culture market management theory.However,there are few researches on the regulation of the local government cultural market,and the research on the cultural market supervision is more scarce.Therefore,this paper has a certain theoretical significance to study the current situation and promotion measures of the local government cultural market supervision.In this paper,the idea of finding the essence through the phenomenon,from the status quo to the problem to analyze the causes of the problem.To determine the meaning of cultural market regulation.Combing the factors that affect the regulation of the cultural market,and thus to enhance the ability of cultural market supervision.Organize the relevant theoretical basis,analysis of the status of local government regulation of the cultural market,and then dig out the existing cultural regulation ability of local government on the issue,and then positioning from the object of supervision and supervision system and the functions of the fuzzy mechanism is not perfect,supervision methods and tools lag etc.to find the causes of the problems,and finally put forward some feasibility the local government cultural market supervision ability promotion strategy.
