Evaluation Of Government Portal Website From The Perspective Of Green E-government

With the popularization and application of information technology,social various aspects have changed,informatization becoming the key factor for social and economic development.The government information,as an important part of social and economic development of informatization,become the hot spot in the world.Transforming the mode of traditional administrative management,promoting the construction of E-government electronic,and online virtual government,is an important strategic measure of our country,even around the world."Efficient intensive,scientific platform,for the convenience of service,of the E-government system,has become the powerful weapon of improving the government administrative efficiency and the social management efficiency.The government portal website,as an important platform and the window of E-government affairs office,directly to the masses,to a certain extent,is on behalf of the government administrative management and the ability to serve,relating to the establishment of the government image.The government portal website construction has a series of problems in our country,its quality evaluation becoming the focus of research institutions and academic fields.About the theme of the government portal website evaluation,scholars at home and abroad mainly study from the government portal website builder,citizen participation and user perspective,using a variety of methods,designing related indicators website carried on the empirical research on the government.Green electronic government affairs is a new theory of product under the "green wave" in recent years.Green as a more suitable for E-government,the new model of sustainable development,should cause the government and scholars highly attention.It is a new academic thinking of evaluation studying the government portal website from green E-government,and giving effective evaluation of the government portal website,and then promoting the healthy and sustainable development of E-government.This paper researches the "the municipal government portal of 13 City,Jiangsu Province" from the E-government perspective,finds the problem by comparative analysis,proposes practical optimization measures in order to provide effective reference to improve the government portal website construction and development of Green E-government.The first chapter is the introduction part,mainly elaborating the background、Purpose、significance、status、contents and methods of the research;The second chapter interprets related concepts of Green E-governent,government portal website and theoretical basis;The third chapter of this article introduces the status(current status and research status)of municipal governments portal websites in Jiangsu Province;The fourth chapter establishes evaluation index system of the government portal website on the basis of definition of Green E-government and interprets the related indicators of the assignment,the weights,eventually to build government portal website comprehensive evaluation model under the perspective of Green E-government;The fifth chapter selects 13 cities municipal government portal website in Jiangsu province as the empirical research object,investing the status,problems and countenneasures.The sixth chapter is the summary and outlook of this paper.
