The Construction Of Grassroots Religious Affairs Management Network Under The Perspective Of Multi-Center Theory

Grassroots religious issues are the key factors that affect the country's long-term stability and affect the construction of a harmonious socialist society.In recent years,China has done a lot of exploration in the management of grassroots religious affairs,put forward the construction of “”three networks and bipolar responsibility system“” approach.Under the investigation and questionnaire survey we found that cities in J provinces have done a lot of work in accordance with the central deployment,But mainly focused on the government departments on the management of religious affairs,only stressed the government departments' main position and absolute authority in the management of religious affairs,while ignoring the social organizations,religious groups and religious groups' role of religious affairs management.In the rapid development of information technology and science and education culture,the model of single-center management can not meet the requirements of social management in the current society.Religious affairs management can not only rely on the power of the government.We should bring the other participants of religious activities into the network of religious affairs management,exerting the service function of government departments,strengthening the role of religious groups participants,dividing the management authority,implementing the main body of responsibility,building a multi-center religious affairs management network including government,religious groups and social organizations.To achieve the scientific management of grassroots religious affairs and promote the development of grassroots democracy and the development of socialist harmonious society on basis the mutual trust,cooperation and win-win.This thesis interviewed religious faculty,religious believers and the person in charge in J provincial religious departments,through discussion,questionnaires and other means of research,to find out the current management situation and the existing problems,putting forward the ideal of constructing the grassroots religious affairs management network under the multi-center perspective by analyzing the causes of the problems,and setting up the interactive platform of information sharing,dividesthe multiple subjects of religious work into the network of religious management,forming an information communication mechanism and achieving the integration of resources and decision-making cycle to improve the scientific management of government and government credibility,and to enhance religious groups,social organizations and religious people in the religious management of identity and participation.
