In recent years,killed,wounded,insult,trapped the judge’s frequent events,often challenge the rule of law is the bottom line.Based on January 1,2000 to December 31,2016,the news media reported in our country under the judge personal injury events for the analysis of prototype,on the judge safety guarantee of legal problems.The full text is divided into four parts:The first part:Personal injury status of the judge in our country.I collected 2000 to 2016,a judge of harshness since 315 as an example,and from the judge personal-injury cases number,area,offender and the victim,harm,harm,injury results as well as to the offender’s disposal result illustrates the classification of eight aspects one by one,find out the basic form of the judge personal injury cases in China.The second part:Personal injury cause analysis of the judge in our country.First of all,the "judges law","criminal law" too principled,such as the lack of specific measures to match.Second,the judge themselves lacking professional quality,ego to protect consciousness is not strong.Again,judicial reform way to judge is not independent and trial at present,problems of information disclosure is not emerge.Finally,the public legal consciousness is weak,the supervision of public opinion.The third part:judge the personal safety of outside investigation.This paper combed the Anglo-American law system and continental law system judges the practice of personal security,such as "contempt",personal security special insurance,increase criminal penalties,and so on.Hope that through comparative analysis of the judge the personal security outside of the similarities and differences,combined with China’s national conditions,to explore the general rule,the protection of the personal safety of the judge in our country has important reference value and enlightenment function.The fourth part:your personal security countermeasures and Suggestions.According to the analysis of the causes further interpretation so as to ensure judge the personal safety of specific measures,mainly divided into the following five:first,consummates the legislation,through enrichment "-","criminal law",formulate unified the compulsory execution law,perfect the insurance system,a judge the personal safety of theoretical significance.2 it is to build professional judges team,feel the judge should have ego to protect consciousness,improve the comprehensive quality,justice,constraint his behavior,further establish judicial authority.Three is to reform the judicial system,the independence of external and internal,combination of perfect jury system,Strengthen the trial information disclosure,kill the heart of discontent.Four is to strengthen social guidance,improve the rule of law concept,strengthening the supervision of public opinion mechanism,effective media propaganda role into full play.Five,we will improve the court security work,strengthen the bailiff responsibilities,hardware facilities,improve the court to judge the safety problem can get the actual solution.
