With the rapid development of economy and technology,shopping online has become an integral part of people's daily life.But the network shopping is different from traditional shopping,in the network shopping,consumer cannot direct access to the online store operators to provide goods or services,not intuitive to feel the quality.Although consumers can through the network shopping platform operators for goods or services of text or image display,however,this approach would lead to shop operators of the false for economic interests.As a result,the third party trading platform is considered to be the consumer's credit evaluation system important platform of quality goods or services communication,is important when consumers shopping choice basis,through this system,consumers can freely share their shopping experience and insight.Consumers when shopping for online store operator's high praise,the more the operator's credit rating will be higher,you can get the trust of consumers,on the contrary,the store would have been neglected,even at risk of closure shop.However,it is also the existence of the credit rating system that makes the network shopping a lot of problems in the business process.Some unscrupulous operators are beginning to take perverse measures to improve the credit rating of their stores or reduce the credit ratings of other operators.In the first part of this article first from the network shopping related to credit evaluation of Mr Li in lianyungang "brush single high praise" case and Mr Yuan in shandong rongcheng "malicious bad review" case,this paper concludes that reflected in case of the focus of the problems existing in the unfair credit evaluation;existing in the unfair credit evaluation;Second,in taobao,for example a brief introduction to the credit evaluation model,the type and performance of unfair credit evaluation form and the realistic requirement of regulating unfair credit evaluation and theoretical basis,etc.;The second part mainly from the identified unfair credit evaluation of specific aspects of rules and regulations,mainly including nature determination,behavior subjects,decision criteria and damage,etc.The third part mainly analyzes the current system of competition law in the regulation of network shopping the plight of the unfair credit rating,mainly includes: legal nature,the liability subject,form,network supervision,credit evaluation and real-name authentication system,etc.;The fourth part mainly is aims at the plight of unfair credit evaluation regulation,put forward the Suggestions of perfecting,in order to further standardize unfair credit evaluation of China's online shopping behavior,promote the healthy development of the network shopping order.
