Research On The Satisfaction Of Basic Public Service In The Village Changed Community

The basic public service satisfaction of the "village changed" community is mainly to evaluate the satisfaction of the residents after they enjoy the services provided by the community public service providers.Based on the theory of domestic and international satisfaction and the application of public service satisfaction,this paper establishes the research model of the basic public service satisfaction which is most suitable for the "village changed" community.Through the theoretical research,establish the research model,empirical analysis derive subjective factors and objective factors.Based on the model of basic public service satisfaction,this paper puts forward five research hypotheses and then selects a total of 300 questionnaires from the typical "village changed" community of S city,and use analysis tool makes an empirical study of the resulting data.Based on the empirical analysis data derive five subjective influencing factors(perceived value,public expectation,basic public service content,basic public service quality,basic public service tariffs),as well as four objective factors(education,gender,working condition,political outlook).In the empirical analysis,we use the variance analysis to study whether the seven objective factors have a significant effect on the basic public service of the "village changed" type community.According to the results,four variables(education,gender,work situation and political outlook)affect the basic public service satisfaction of the “village changed” community,but the other three objective variables(household registration,age,marital outlook)do not affect the basic public service satisfaction of the “village changed” community.Using the correlation analysis and regression analysis to study whether the five subjective influencing factors are related to the degree of satisfaction and influence degree of the basic public service satisfaction of the "village changed" community.According to the empirical analysis results,the perceived value,public expectation,basic public service content,basic public service quality,basic public service tariffs have a positive effect on the satisfaction level in the basic public service area of "village changed" community.Finally,according to the empirical analysis,we validate the five research hypotheses based on the model of basic public service satisfaction in the "village changed" community,and the hypothesis is established.Therefore,according to the conclusions of the study on how to improve the "village changed" of community basic public service satisfaction proposed measures.
