Study On The Construction Of China's Legal System On Foreign Aid In The New Era

This thesis aims to analyze the foreign aid from the perspective of legal regulation.It mainly combs the brief history of international aid legal regulation.It also makes an objective evaluation of the development status and existing problems of China's foreign aid legal framework,and makes a prospect and relevant suggestions for constructing China's foreign aid legal system.The thesis is divided into six chapters.Chapter I is the preface,it introduces the background and significance of the topic,the domestic and foreign literature foundation and research results of foreign aid legal system,the problems to be solved,the research methodologies,difficulties and shortcomings.Chapter II discusses concepts of foreign aid and legal system.Chapter III combs the history of foreign aid legal system and the basic situation of legal system of foreign aid in United Kingdom and United States.Chapter IV and Chapter V are the important parts of the thesis.Chapter IV evaluates the development status and characteristics of the legal framework of China's foreign aid and shortcomings.Chapter V analyzes the role of foreign aid legal system,and looks forward to the construction of China's foreign aid legal system from three aspects: top-level design,vertical improvement and horizontal development.Chapter VI is the conclusion part,puts forward suggestions to solve the problem of the absence of foreign aid law for accelerating the construction of foreign aid legal system with Chinese characteristics.
