| In recent years, with the development of economic globalization and join the world trade organization, the economic development of China has made .remarkable brilliant achievements, but the party’s construction also faces many unprecedented problems and challenges, for example, corruption is placed in front of all party comrades. In order to effectively punishing and preventing corruption, the party central committee has adopted a series of measures to strengthen the party’s construction, improve the inner-party supervision and promote the construction of the anti-corruption, one of the most important thing is to strengthen the patrol. Patrol work goal is the party cadres and their principal heads. It’s purpose is to punish and prevent corruption, and strengthen the system construction through the patrol work.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, Central attaches great importance to the inner-party patrol, and took lots of work about the inner-party patrol. It was made significant achievements after a series of reform and perfect, for example, the efforts are gradually increased, the work area is gradually widening, the work method is gradually perfect. At the same time, some deficiencies still exist in the party patrol work. For example, the quantity, structure and quality requirement of the patrol cadres is not adapt to the request of the task, Incentive mechanism and the relevant system is not sound, supervision mechanism is not sound,etc. In this paper,I will use the literature research, comparison method and system analysis method integrate to research the innovation of the party patrol work since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. At the same time, take Hainan Province for example, combined with the actual situation of Hainan, puts forward some countermeasures for perfecting the inner-party patrol work, hoping can give reference to relevant departments. |
