Since the CCP built more than 90 years ago,enhancing marxism theoretical education on cadres is the key meaning of the CCP's ideological and theoretical construction,and is the important measure of pushing forward comprehensive and strict governing of the party,and is also basic experience of the Party's building.The “left” error originating from “cultural Revolution”,which seriously imprisoned the way of thinking of many cadres,has been severely damaged the ideological route of seeking truth from facts and it resulted in bad party atmosphere and social atmosphere.After the end of the "Cultural Revolution","Left" thinking seriously disturbed the party's rebuilding activities ranging from the economy,culture,organization,diplomacy to other factions.Some cadres can not play their due role.Especially since the reform and opening up,there was a lack of skill and bad phenomenon of negative corruption in the cadres,most of whom faced a complex environment that "left" and right erroneous thoughts were intertwined.Some cadres did not take the responding responsibilities in the construction of socialist modernization.After crushing the "gang of four",Hu Yaobang gradually became an important leader of the party and state.Since the new era,Hu Yaobang,facing obvious problems of cadres,put forward a series of views on strengthening the education of Marxist theory of cadres,which is helpful to clarify the erroneous ideas of the cadres timely,to improve the abilities to cope with the new situation of reform and opening up,and to straighten out the bad party's atmosphere and social atmosphere.As a result,it can form a more harmonious relationship between cadres and the masses and also stimulate their enthusiasm to join the construction of socialist modernization.His effective practical experience provides important historical references to push forward the theoretical education of cadres under the new historical conditions,which has a strong practical significance.The article includes three parts: introduction,text and conclusion.The introduction includes four aspects,the background and significance of the topic,research review and evaluation,analysis and definition of related concepts,research ideas and methods.The text part includes four aspects.The first part,from four aspects: theoretical basis,ideological source,realistic condition and individual qualities,analyzes the conditions of formation and development of Hu Yaobang 's thought on cadre Marxist theory education in the new period.The second part,from four aspects: educational status,educational goal,educational content and educational method,mainly discusses the main contents of Hu Yaobang 's thought on cadre Marxist theory education in the new period.The third part,from four aspects: the distinctive features of the structure,the practical characteristics of the purpose,the profound qualities of the expression and the dialectical aspects of the kernel,summarizes the main features of Hu Yaobang's marxist theory education.The fourth part,from two aspects: historical significance and realistic value,discusses the important value of Hu Yaobang 's thought on cadre Marxist theory Education in the new period.The conclusion emphasizes the importance of Hu Yaobang's Marxist view,and also puts forward the problems that this study can continue to explore in order to deepen the research of the history of cadres' theory education of the CCP.
