Study On Thought And Practice Of Ecological Civilization Construction With Chinese Communist In The New Century

Since the new century,China's economic developed rapidly,"economy quantum" has become the second in the world,and building moderately prosperous society also has reached critical stage.However,we have to admit that,various environmental problems have become a major problem in our country's progress and development.In the face of such a grim situation,our Party has adopted a series of measures about environmental protection and ecological civilization construction.These ecological conservation ideas and ecological construction measures constitute the thought and practice content of the construction of ecological civilization of the Communist Party of China in the new century.The paper tries to compose and analyze the thought and practice of ecological civilization construction with Chinese Communist in the new century,and puts forward the future efforts.Firstly,this paper discusses the idea of party ecology construction since the new century.this paper discusses the theoretical origin,including Marx and Engels' s ecological thoughts,new century ago major Chinese leaders thought,Chinese ancient ecological thought and sustainable development theory in the west.this is the basis of the theory,and it forms "the harmonious development of man and nature","the resource conservation and environmental protection","Two-oriented society","green development,circulation development,low carbon development","ecological productivity " idea of ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics.These ecological ideas inherited and developed the ecological thought of Marx and Engels and contents of the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Secondly,this paper analyzes and summarizes the content of the practice of the construction of ecological civilization of the Communist Party of China in the new century.From increasing ecological civilization construction of financial investment,optimizing the national spatial development pattern,comprehensively promoting resource saving,increasing the intensity of natural ecosystem and environmental protection,strengthening the construction of ecological civilization system,this paper discusses the content of the practice of the construction of ecological civilization ofthe Communist Party of China in the new century.Finally,based on the understanding of ecological civilization construction thought with the Communist Party of China in the new century,in view of the problems and deficiency in the process of ecological civilization construction,this paper discusses the next direction of ecological civilization construction in China,mainly making the suggestions and demonstration from promoting the good social fashion of ecological civilization,establishing and perfecting the system of ecological civilization construction and focusing on the prevention and control of air and water pollution.The innovation in the research process is mainly embodied in the practical analysis of ecological civilization construction in China.To collect the national environmental protection financial input data,this visually shows the status of ecological construction in the development of the country in the new century.The disadvantage is that the analysis of the direction of ecological civilization construction in the last chapter of this article is shallow,which is the main direction of further research in this paper.
