| Volkswagen entrepreneurship and innovation have become China's national development strategy under the guidance of the development strategy.Healthy and rapid development of SME will become an important carrier of China's economic transformation and upgrading.In this process,because the light SME asset financing difficulties brought thereby affecting the development of enterprises has become increasingly prominent,the commercial banks as an important platform for China and the real economy,closely linked to financial funding,a "joint investment and loans" mode,to change the traditional management thinking,with the perspective of scrutiny investment financing SME,SME development to solve the bottleneck of funds is important.In this paper,a comprehensive comparative analysis and other research methods were studied at home and abroad "investment and loans linked" business model,based on the analysis of the banking business model and regulatory institutional system based on the study of China's existing laws and regulations on the "investment and loans linkage "legislative restrictions and the problems in the business.China's commercial banks should not be allowed commercial banks to investment in the non-occupied real estate,or equity investments.Within the limits of this provision,the commercial banks' loans linked to vote "trading patterns are too complex and can not be reasonably measured" investment and loans linkage "of business supervision and benefits greatly limits the operation and development of commercial banks.Therefore,the existing legal system be revised imminent.To solve this problem,this paper selected representative analysis of its "investment and loans linkage" legislation and regulatory systems and practical experience in various countries.Based on this study the presence of our country to carry out business risk "investment and loans linkage",and against supervision by improving the legal regulation of relevant recommendations. |
