Research On Follett's Dynamic Administrative Thought

In the history of Western Administration,There is an important representative,she is Parker,who is known as the "Prophet of Management".Follett's thought of Dynamic Administration as a classic of management which contains a profound insight into management practice and comprehend.In this paper,Follett's Dynamic Administration Thought as the object of study,starting from the relevant research from domestic and abroad,to explore its background and connotation.Thus,the evaluation of the Dynamic Administration Thought was carried out.In order to provide reference for contemporary administrative practice.This paper is divided into the following six parts.The first part,introduction.The purpose,significance of the research,research status,research methods and innovation are introduced.The second part,introduces the origin of Follett's Thought of Dynamic Administration.The philosophical basis: Fichte's great self thought,The psychological basis: Gestal psycholoy of alzheimer,The sociological basis: Cooley mirror self thought,these three aspects to elaborate the origin of Follett's Thought of Dynamic Administration.The third part,is the core of the whole paper.This paper d iscusses the content of Follett's thought of Dynamic Administration.This part is divided into three aspects: Group principle,Integration and Situation.The fourth part,discusses the characteristics of Follett's Thought of Dynamic Administration.It includes the following three aspects: the group as the basic unit of analysis,the analytic hierarchy process and the dynamic monitoring as the purpose.The fifth part,this paper makes an evaluation of Follett's Dynamic Administrative Thought from two aspects of rationality and limitation.The sixth part,expounds the significance of Follett's Thought of Dynamic Administration.Advocate attention to human freedom in administrative practice and reshape government authority.In this paper,using literature research,administrative ecology research and historical research on Follett's Dynamic Administrative Thought.Since the publication of Follett's "Dynamic Administration",more than seventy years,but the administrative management is timeless.In the wave of "Re inventing Government" in the new public management movement in 80 s,Follett's thought is the origin of government reform.Under the background of information and globalization,the contemporary significance of Follett's Dynamic Administrative Thought is more prominent.She advocated the principle of the group,the integration of unity and the law of the situation,the development of modern administration is of great significance.
