A Study On The Ideal And Belief Of Chinese Young Civil Servants In The New Era

Ideal and belief is the people's yearning for the future and the pursuit of the goal,is the people's ideas,political views,moral values,such as the focus on the goal of the struggle.The ideals and beliefs of the paper is starting from the features of young civil servants,explore the group psychology,thinking and behavior,and significance of individual,group,society and its relationships with others interests.A group of young civil servants is according to the exercise of national public power,bear the main body of the management of state and social public affairs responsibilities in accordance with the law,it is the main force of civil servants.This special status determines the ideals and beliefs of the building and cultivating members of other social groups with typical demonstration and guidance,not only to improve the civil servants moral quality and comprehensive ability,promote government reform significance,but also to construct the C hinese nation and sharing common spiritual home,emphasis Marxism mainstream ideology of great significance.This thesis is divided into five chapters on the system structure : The first chapter,a brief description of the youth groups of civil servants to the ideals and beliefs of the research topics of the background and purpose of the research,present situation of the domestic and foreign young civil servants;The second chapter,introduction of concepts of ideal belief and young civil servants ideals and beliefs and research theoretical basis;The third chapter discusses the current situation of the ideal and belief of the young civil servants,analyzes the various factors that restrict the ideal and belief of the civil service,and the development of the ideal and belief education of the civil servants,combining the questionnaire survey and individual interview,finally draws the conclusion: at present,China's young civil servants of ideal and belief in the mainstream is positive.But we must clearly see that there are some problems in the civil service.The fourth chapter discusses the importance and necessity of strengthening the ideal and belief education of young civil servants.Finally,according to the actual situation of our country,it puts forward the guiding strategies for the cultivation of the ideal and belief of the C hinese youth public servants in the new era.
