The Structure Of Judge Assistant In Background Of Judicial Reform

With the promoting of the judicial reform, the judge assistant system is become a hot issue of concern. Although our country put forward the idea of establish the JAS as early as 1999, the lack of clear legal provisions and uniform rules has led to the JAS has remained in the pilot phase. This thesis is mainly to analyze defects and problem of our JAS, put forward a tentative plan for constructing our JAS, and also give some specific thoughts. This thesis consists four sections :Chapter 1 is brief the connotation and value of JAS.Chapter 2 is analyze the status and defects of our JAS.Chapter 3 is study on foreign JAS, such as the JAS in the USA, UK, Germany and Japan.Chapter 4 is put forward the specific measures to construct our JAS.
