Research On The Informationized Investigation Of The Crime By Taking Advantage Of Office

Under the era background constantly hit by vast information such as the Internet and big data,the means of the crime by taking advantage of office is increasingly concealed,complex,dynamic and intelligent.Owing to the increasingly improved anti-reconnaissance consciousness and ability of the criminal,the traditional investigation means and methods for the crime by taking advantage of office have already been unable to solve the problems of difficult detection,difficult verification and difficult settlement of the crime.The most fundamental,primary and basic work of the investigation of the crime by taking advantage of office is to obtain and utilize information,expand investigation horizon and promote investigation competency.It is required to comprehensively enhance informatization building in order to enhance investigation competency for the crime by taking advantage of office,actively cope with the change in the crime and realize the informationized investigation of the crime.This thesis makes analysis on the theoretical foundation,status quo,solutions and the construction of the informationized investigation system for the crime in combination with the author's work practice,as well as the construction of a comprehensive informationized investigation service platform for the crime,so as to improve the investigation competency for the crime,efficiently attack the crime,actively promote the development of the informationized investigation of the crime and gradually improve the informationized investigation system.This thesis is composed of four parts.Part One briefs the informationized investigation of the crime by taking advantage of office,introducing the concept,theoretical foundation,necessity and significance of the crime.This part clarifies and elaborates the theoretical foundation and emphasizes that the necessity of informationized investigation requires improving the investigation level and innovating the investigation model of the crime.Part Two analyzes the status quo and problems in the informationized investigation of the crime.The inadequate attention of the investigation personnel to the informationized investigation,the weak consciousness in informationized investigation,and the lag of the understanding on the informationized investigation of the crime result in the lateness of its infrastructure construction and deficiency of the sharing mechanism for informationized investigation of the crime.All in all,it is required to improve and enhance many aspects in the informationized investigation of the crime.Part Three proposes the measures and countermeasures for the informationized investigation of the crime by taking advantage of office.By comparing the traditional investigation methods with the informationized investigation methods and combining the concealment,complexity and changeableness of the crime,this part proposes the measures and countermeasures for the crime,and integrates the general methods for the investigation and the informationized investigation methods to promote the development of investigation science.Part Four proposes the suggestions for the construction of the informationized investigation system for the crime.The establishment of the informationized investigation system for the crime is an internal demand when the information era reaches a certain period,so only on the basis of a big data application and operation platform and a prevention and investigation system for the crime,by integrating and analyzing information and forming effective investigation sources and in the meanwhile paying attention to improving the mechanism for information research and judgment and a professional team can we constantly improve the level and competency of in investigating the crime by taking advantage of office by the procuratorial organs.
