It forms orientation of polynary culture value. Cultivation of cultural consciousness of my country is facing to the new problem and challenge. The cultivation of cultural consciousness under the leading of socialist core value system make people clear,choose the right culture consciously, spread and innovate socialist culture and Chinese excellent culture, in order to achieve the aim of self-awareness, self-reflection and self- reconstruction.weakness and flaw of the national culture in the process of development and dissemination.
