Research To Practice Way Problem In The Subjective Position Of CPC Members

The construction of the party to highlight the democratic construction within the party,has been the central collective leadership as the key link.Construction of democracy within the party must be on the principle of democratic centralism is also long-standing consensus.Guided by the scientific outlook on development,the construction of the party gradually highlights the subjective position of Party member’s task.The Party member main body status of inner-party democracy is essential,therefore must strengthen the dominant position of Party members,guaranteeing the democratic rights of Party members for the characteristics of the construction of the concept in practice to implement,in order to achieve to inner-party democracy and promoting people’s democracy with inner-party harmony,promoting the construction of socialist harmonious society.However,the reality of many complex factors hinder the subjective position of Party member the practice way.Based on this,the research in depth analysis of the subjective position of Party member and Party member main body position of the connotation and ways of practice based on the content,trying to find out the cause of the problem,and in certain rationality on the basis of the principle of combining the objective reality,puts forward some constructive opinions,but follow some safeguard measures.Research shows that,the dominant position of Party members must be based on practice to solve the problem of Party members and Party organizations and the main object of two-way interaction,from theoretic do analysis and interpretation of the nature of science,make the Party member gets cognition,values;in practice,party organization as the Party member main body consciousness of subject and enhance the quality of creating environment atmosphere,system guarantee of organization,Party member must also be in the realization of rights and duties on the basis of the unity of the party organization and Party member to reach between rational equivalence.The subjective position of Party member practice way of problem solving is the need of long-term,complex process,so there must be related to the security measures as follow up.These include the supervision within the party,the non-party supervision and comprehensive inspection mechanism.
