Research On The Legal Of Protection System Of Citizens' Right To Vote In China

The legal protection system of citizens' right to vote is of great significance to the development of a country's democratic politics.China has always attached great importance to the legal protection of citizens' right to vote,and the legal guarantee of the right to vote need to rely on legal entity confirmation,procedural norms and relief to the right of election of the full range of security.China's current legal protection system of the right to vote in general,is in line with China's national conditions and the development of democratic politics,but there are still some deficiencies.For example,defects of China's existing laws and regulations on behalf of the nomination system,resulting in the initial stages of the election of the election can not fully guarantee the openness,justice and freedom;China's election system become a mere formality,the lack of competitive factors,is not conducive to the virtuous;deficiency of the current election supervision system of our country regulations,easy to cause the election "as a mere formality",bribery and other breeding undermine the election;election litigation system as to the voting right relief mechanism,there are many problems,not to vote violated citizens provide effective judicial relief;another is the electoral accountability mechanism is not perfect,resulting in obstruction of election behavior often escape legal sanctions.To solve these problems,this paper put forward a series of perfect legal protection of our citizens the right to vote system suggestions and ideas,including: first,by standardizing the nomination system,ensure the democracy of our election in the initial stage,so as to realize the election value;second,by expanding the election proportion,the introduction of competition the appropriate factors,guarantee the realization of the right to vote and citizens urged delegates to conscientiously perform their duties on behalf of the right to vote;thirdly,the relief system of suggestions,including perfecting the electoral supervision system and election lawsuit system,which provides good remedy for civil rights dispute election.Finally,to improve the electoral accountability mechanism,the illegal election behavior into the accountability mechanism,can effectively regulate the behavior of the election,the election to ensure good order,and the protection of citizens' right to vote can be successfully achieved.Therefore,starting from the situation of our country,improve the legal protection of our citizens the right to vote system,give full play to the important role of legal protection of our citizens the right to vote system,promote the construction of democratic politics in China,has a very important significance.
