The Study Of Contemporary Russian Ethnic Policy

Russia has been a multi-ethnic country across Europe and Asia since ancient times.Today’s Russian Federation is more than 100 nationalities and tribes,and it is known as one of the world’s most complex ethnic groups with the highest ethnicity.Russia has an absolute dominance in the country,accounting for more than 80% of the Russian population.The national problem has always been the most complicated and most prominent problem in Russian society.Because of the uneven development of all ethnic groups in history,the political,economic and social problems left over from the disintegration of the Soviet Union have led to the intensification of ethnic conflicts in Russia.The relationship was tense.The contemporary Russian government recalls history,looks forward to the future,improves the past national policy,tries to solve the Russian national problem,relaxes the inter-ethnic relations,promotes the balanced development of all ethnic groups,and maintains the national unity and social stability of Russia.China and Russia as a unified multi-ethnic country,the Russian government to implement the national policy and its implementation effect on China’s handling of ethnic relations have a higher reference value.By summing up and absorbing the experience of Russian national policy,it is of great significance to perfect and develop our theory of national governance and promote the construction of harmonious society in our country.Based on the relevant theoretical achievements of ethnic issues in Russia,this paper studies the contents and existing problems of the national policy of contemporary Russian government under the guidance of Russian national theory.Through the analysis and summarization of the national problems and national policies in Russia,National problem solving,and promote the national stability,sovereignty integrity,social harmony reference.Through the study of the relevant academic theory of the national policy,the related concepts are first clarified,and then the national theory of the Soviet period and the Russian national theory after independence are studied respectively.Secondly,it analyzes the background of the development of the Russian national policy,mainly through the history and reality of the two levels,the historical background mainly focus on the Soviet Union national policy and its problems,the reality of the background is focused on the analysis of contemporary Russia’s democratic situation And major ethnic issues.Then,it systematically studies the content and implementation of contemporary Russian national policy.Firstly,it elaborates the system and content of contemporary Russian national policy,and then analyzes the effect of contemporary Russian national policy and explores the still existing problems.And finally through the overall analysis,put forward the current Russian national policy and its implementation effect on China’s national problems of reference.
