Study On The Crime Of Organizing And Leading Pyramid Schemes

After the introduction of our country,the development of the pyramid schemes is rampant.The harm of pyramid schemes is becoming more and more serious.It seriously violates the personal property rights of citizens.It seriously damages the normal economic activity.It is a serious threat to social stability and development.The law of our country severely cracks down on the pyramid schemes.And it is necessary for us to set up punishment rules in the criminal law.Under this background,the Amendment of Criminal Law(7th)was passed,the Crime of Organizing and Leading Pyramid Schemes was added into the criminal law.It provides the basis for criminal law against the pyramid schemes.It changed the situation of the law of our country to combat the pyramid schemes.It largely suppresses the development of the pyramid schemes.It plays a great role in protecting rights and maintaining stability.The author chooses to study on the Crime of Organizing and Leading Pyramid Schemes.In this paper,we mainly study the background,the basic situation,the constitution of crime and the judicial cognizance.The author hopes to promote the development of the theory through the study of this paper.The author also hopes to provide reference for practice through the study of this paper.The author studies the Crime of Organizing and Leading Pyramid Schemes from four parts.Firstly,we study the background generation of the Crime of Organizing and Leading Pyramid Schemes.Secondly,we study the basic situation of the Crime of Organizing and Leading Pyramid Schemes.Thirdly,we study the constitution of crime of the Crime of Organizing and Leading Pyramid Schemes.Lastly,we study the judicial cognizance of the Crime of Organizing and Leading Pyramid Schemes.
