Research On Intellectual Property Pledge Financing Of Small And Medium Sized Enterprises Of Science And Technology

In the current age of knowledge economy,with the rapid development of technology and incorporate global economy,the development trend of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises of Science and Technology in China is good in the development of market economy.They take more and more market share in market economy,and they take an vital important role in stabling economy,easing employment pressure and optimizing the investment structure.Small and Medium-sized Enterprises of Science and Technology,especially high-tech enterprises have become the main force to promote economic growth;however,the growth of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises of Science and Technology needs much fund,financing difficulty is the bottleneck for the survival and development of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises of Science and Technology in China.In reality,tangible assets is mostly not the important part of the assets in Small and Medium-sized Enterprises of Science and Technology;the intangible assets represented by Intellectual Property is the core assets.Intellectual Property Pledge provides a new way for the financing of small and medium enterprises.In developed countries,financing of Intellectual Property has made great progress;which provides a driving force for the sustainable development of the enterprises.Since the system of Intellectual Property Pledge in China started relatively late,the existing law and related supporting system is incomplete,and Intellectual Property has its uniqueness;all these bring uncertain risk to the owner in Intellectual Property Pledge process,and dampen the financial institutions’ enthusiasm to lend fund to Small and Medium-sized Enterprises.In this paper,we take Small and Medium-sized Enterprises of Science and Technology in China as the research object,make Intellectual Property Pledge as the main clue,to fully analysis the current situation of Intellectual Property Pledge and its reasons of formation in Small and Medium-sized Enterprises of Science and Technology.One part is to analysis the current situation of Intellectual Property Pledge and find out its essence;the second part is to study if intellectual property financing can be carried out in Small and Medium-sized Enterprises of Science and Technology and find out the problems occur in intellectual property financing and analysis these problems to look for solutions.The third part wishes to improve the system of intellectual property financing,hoping this can be helpful in solving reality problems in financing of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises of Science and Technology.Through the study,we find that,Small and Medium-sized Enterprises of Science and Technology in China has gained high national attention,but support strength and scope is not enough.The financing level in different regions for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises of Science and Technology is uneven;and is still in the primary development stage with limited scope of application and other issues in financing.Many questions on Small and Medium-sized Enterprises of Science and Technology financing need to be explored deeply,and we strive to provide better theoretical basis and support for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises of Science and Technology financing.
