Drug crime as a worldwide public nuisance,our government adheres to the crackdown on policies in our country,to fight for drug crime,and to carry out anti-drug struggle actively.This phenomenon did not have the effect on keeping down the drug crime effectively,and also it isn't conductive to the development of the system of crime law in our country.It doesn't conform to the world trend of the current criminal law development,and it even doesn't match our country's economic and social status in the world.Therefore,in order to promote the penalty system in our country to develop into the direction of internationalization,we have to take several steps.First,return to the rational thinking of punishment on fighting against the drug crime.Second,increase or set the restrictive condition of applying the death penalty from the legislative as well as the judicial angle.Third,through a strict interpretation of the death penalty applicable condition,limit the applying death penalty on transporting drug,especially to explore the alternative penalty or measures instead of the death penalty.What's more,improve the drug crime property punishment,further enrich the methods of crackdown and frightening the drug crime,make the concept of protecting human rights integrate into the specific punishment.
