Research On China's Internet Culture Ecological Problems At The Present

With the rapid rise of the Internet, the network culture has created. Since China's access to the Internet in 1994, the rapid implementation of the network of civil and hundreds of millions of people together to weave a network of China's culture, made the foundation of the status of China's network power. However, the development of network culture is promoting the progress of the whole cultural system, ricing the people's production and life forms, at the same time, it also deriving a lot of network culture and ecological problems.From the point of view of national level, network information security problems of our national security constitute the great challenge, it seems to have becoming a new variable to threat our national security;network cultural hegemony is bringing the challenges to the safety of our culture and the cultural heritage and construction; infiltration and conflict in the field of ideology is threatening the China's political security and social harmony and stability. From a social perspective, the cult of information caused by the information explosion, information replication, invalid information flooding, is bringing a lot of inconvenience to people's production and life; and the spread of harmful information is poisoning the thousands of users' soul, violating the our spiritual home; and the network crime and privacy violation is bringing the great harm to the people both material and spirit. From a personal perspective, the development of network culture is ossifying the human thinking, binging the challenges to comprehensive development of people, meantime, which is reflects on the network culture and moral problems in the corruption of social morals, meanwhile, adds unstable factors to society; and the Internet communication closely makes the indifference problem become more prominent to real life interpersonal. This series of problems have destroyed the balance of the ecological system of the network culture in our country, and are not conducive to the construction of network ecological civilization.This thesis based on the main problems existing in current China's Internet culture ecological and draw lessons from the perspective of complexity of social order generation mechanism elaboration and complete social order by Xi Youmin professor, suggests that The formation of the whole social order not only needs the rational design of human, but also needs the independent evolution of the social system under the environment. On the basis of following the rules of network culture's development, this paper puts forward some suggestions from four aspects: strengthening the construction of network culture and guiding, improving the quality of the network, optimizing the network supervision, and supporting the innovation and technology.
