| Migrant workers,the important part of the working class and the essential force of socialist modernization,are special groups of rural surplus labor transferring from rural to urban areas.Compared with the previous generation of migrant workers,the new generation is more educated but still walk in the countryside and the edge of the city with low recognition and blocked urban integration.The contradiction between the reality sufferings and the group demands have led to the new generation of migrant workers’ value problems,such as the ambiguity of values,the lack of ideals and beliefs,the misconduct of behavior.Meanwhile,it is of great significance to realize economic construction and social stability for the enormous number of migrant workers.Therefore,it is imperative to nurture and practice the socialist core values of the new generation of migrant workers.Migrant workers has repeatedly blocked for many restrictions like the household registration system barriers caused by the urban and rural dual structure,resulting in migrant workers in the city,but root in the countryside.The settlement environment of migrant workers has not been improved for the absence of the social security system in a long term,resulting in unfixed accommodation and greater mobility.It is both challenge and opportunity for the new generation of migrant workers with higher career expectations,more vivid personality and greater mobility to cultivate the socialist core values of them.This paper analyzes the characteristics and living conditions of the new generation of migrant workers by investigations which provides the base of explanations for the current situation of the socialist core values of the new generation of migrant workers,the urgency of education and the bottleneck of education.It finds out the status of their education is not optimistic,and restricted by the economy,politics,culture,society and other factors.Secondly,combining the liquidity characteristics with the bottleneck of education of the new generation of migrant workers,this paper studies the educational principles and educational mechanisms of the socialist core values of the new generation of migrant workers.It is considered that the socialist core values of their education should follow the direction,subjectivity,permeability,"three close",gain and other principles.What’s more,the internal mechanism and external mechanism of the socialist core values education of the new generation of migrant workers should be further improved and perfected,so as to ensure the effect of the education of the socialist core values.And then from the perspective of the mobility of the new generation of migrant workers conducive to the spread of knowledge and self-education,this paper builds a spread model of socialist core values of the new generation of migrant workers,and obtains the key information,such as the spread mode of socialist core values in the new generation of migrant workers and the influencing factors.Finally,this paper puts forward the idea of optimizing the educational effect from the angle of strengthening the basic education,perfecting the education system,optimizing the institutional environment,the employment help and guidance,the humanistic spirit and the group exchange strategy with the challenges and opportunities brought by the mobility of the new generation of migrant workers. |
