A Comparison Study Of The Food Safety Legal System Between China And EU

“The people are the foundation of the country and the food is the life of the people”,but what should we do if food safety guarantee unable to be obtained? The increasingly frequent food safety accidents happened in our country,reflects the structural defects and problems in security system.The comfort news is the "food safety law" promulgated in 2009,and it eased the past food insecurity at a certain extent,meanwhile has achieved certain success in the process of its implementation.In 2015,80% terms of our country's "food safety" modified,greatly change the system of food safety regulation in multiple law enforcement and regulatory responsibilities is unknown,and is good for solving many other problems,but there are still deficiencies.As the most developed regional international organization the European Union,which food safety law system in the world is the most representative.The EU spent almost half a century,established and perfected the the whole process of food safety standards that is "from farm to table",and its building and running in the system has reached the world high level.The writer look forward to using the method of contrast to analysis the food safety standards and system between China and the EU,in order to conduct a comprehensive and in-depth research,interpretation of analyzing the problem of food safety law system in China.Then put forward and demonstrate the specific countermeasures suitable for the situation of our country.In this article,the writer mainly divided the paper into three parts.The first part is to introduce the international legal system of food safety.The second part is mainly to compare both similarities and differences on food safety legal system between China and the EU.Clarify the current problems and difficulties in our country from the five aspects as the breakthrough point such as,the legal system,food standards,regulation,bear the responsibility,genetically modified food safety The third part,based on the contrast before,the reflective study on the legal system clarify the current problems and difficulties in our country,some suggestions on the integrity of specification were put forward.
