Research On The Development Strategy Of Zhongshan Youth Association

At present,China has entered a new stage of strengthening social management innovation,fostering the growth of social organizations,to enhance the ability to serve the society,become a new carrier of social governance transition period of development.Youth organizations as an important part of the social organization,the youth is the core subject of youth organizations,and actively explore the youth organizations to participate in social governance system innovation the focal point and the foothold is particularly important and has positive significance.Under the rapid development of new media,youth participation in social governance demand is increasingly strong,if youth organizations still remain in the development mode of the past,its actual capacity can not meet the development needs and the needs of social development,youth for probing into the present situation of youth organizations in Zhongshan and according to the existing problems,identify the development thought of youth organizations,has important practical significance.This paper has adopted the literature research method,social investigation method and case study,understand the development characteristics of domestic youth organizations,focusing on analysis of the status quo of Zhongshan Youth Association,to understand the basic situation of Zhongshan,the background of cultural and economic development,the 55 Zhongshan Youth Association developed diagnostic questionnaire and statistical analysis,the objective development situation of Zhongshan youth the community development and existing problems.Through the selection of characteristics of Zhongshan Youth Volunteer Association,Zhongshan City Youth Entrepreneurs Association,Zhongshan City Association of young entrepreneurs as a typical case,analysis of its development,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the development and upgrading of Zhongshan youth organizations.
