The Research Of Foreign Capital Access To China's Cruise Market

Although the number of Chinese cruise company increase slowly,the number of foreign cruise lines grow faster.In order to promote the development of China's cruise market,The Chinese government encourages foreign investment into the cruise market.The cruise has 10 years of development in our country,but the law of cruise still lags behind.it is very necessary to improve and refine our foreign access to China's cruise market to form an open and orderly competition environment.The legal system of foreign access to cruise market is not only the important part of shipping law system and may constitute one part of China Shipping Law in the future,but also the starting point of the regulation on foreign cruise.Cruise market in economic field is an emerging market in China,the legal norms of cruise market access are rare,and there are little academic discussions of this issue.This thesis is divided into four chapters: the first chapter lays the theoretical foundation for the research scope,and the foreign access is divided into four categories;The second chapter defines the department of cruise service trade in General Agreement on Trade in Services,then from the perspective of maritime trade in services,systematically analysis international law environment and problems facing.Finally summarized the international law space of foreign access to China's cruise market;The third chapter firstly summarizes the foreign access situation in China's legal status,mainly analyzes the foreign access conditions from the perspective of four types,and puts forward the existing problems.The fourth chapter makes some recommendations to develop the regulations of foreign access to China's cruise market.
