Under the background of profound changes in social structure,deep changes in ideology and profound changes in the economic system,in the context of the impact of the ideological and cultural world on each other and the impact on the mainstream values of our country,the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party clearly put forward the basic content of the socialist core values from three levels of country,society and person.The core values of socialism are the ideological weapons of the whole Party and the people of the whole country in the face of various complicated situations.They are the powerful forces that lead social thought and gather social consensus."Wholeheartedly serve the people,accept the people's supervision," the responsibility of the position for civil servants determines a natural flesh and blood contact between the civil servants and people.Young civil servants are mostly the Communist Party members,who are fighting in the front line and have a strong appeal and cohesion among people.It is of great significance to cultivate the socialist core values of young civil servants because it is closely related to the success or failure of the cause of the party,the ideological construction of our country and the stability of the socialist state.At present,the cultivation of socialist core values of young civil servants has made certain achievements in enhancing cognition,deepening identity and organization and leadership,but there are also problems that can not be ignored,such as,lack of initiative,lack of scientificity and lack of practicality.Based on the problem,this thesis puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the cause analysis.To strengthen the cultivation of the socialist core values of young civil servants,we must adhere to the basic principles of the integration of the theory cultivation and practice cultivation,the cultivation of the main body and the self-cultivation,the integration of modern culture and traditional culture;We must continue to expand the effective way to cultivate,explore the the new ways of"classification guidance" to play the role of training and education as the main channel and to enhance the penetration of social practice,highlighting the typical example of the development of long-term learning,reward and punishment incentives,scientific assessment of the security mechanism and the incentive effect;We should further promote the construction of anti-corruption and build a clean government,strengthen the ideological and moral construction of citizens and the Internet supervision work,and create a favorable social environment for the cultivation of young civil servants' core values.
