Research On The Ethical Dilemma Of The Development Of China's Elderly Care Service Industry

At present,China is in a period of comprehensively deepening reform,is undergoing a huge social change process.Social change will not only cause the change of the social production and life style,it is related to the transformation of human society the most profound spiritual level,leading to the diversity of social interests,interest contradiction,new ethics,political system and economic system of mutual conflict.So,in the construction of China's modernization,we should not only confine ourselves to the physical level,limited to the economic modernization,but also strengthen the construction of the "soft environment",to promote the modernization of the spiritual connotation of the people with moral values as the core,pay more attention to the value of ethics in the modern social production and life in the leading role.The development of spiritual culture with ethics as the core,not only is considered an important standard of social modernization,but also the spiritual motive force and source for the whole society to realize the modernization of the material and system.China is now in the stage of aging society,and is undergoing economic restructuring,institutional transition,so we need pay attention to real life,from changes in the production and living environment's influence on ethics,to study the ethical dilemma of elderly care service industry in our country.In this paper,the author first reviews the differences in the development of China's pension ethics,and puts forward the principle of serving the people,the principle of fairness and justice and the unity of justice and interest as the ethical basis of the elderly care service industry.As the self restraint mechanism of all kinds of elderly care service institutions,the ethical value adjusts the interest relationship between the elderly care service industry organization and the elderly.Secondly,under the background of the social transformation and the development of the market economy system,the ethical problems of the elderly care service industry in our country are constantly emerging,such as the conflict between traditional elderly care service ethics and market economy development request,the collision between fairness and efficiency,the contradiction between the profit orientation of social capital and the public welfare of elderly care service,elderly care service supply and demand imbalance.Thirdly,explore the reasons for the ethical dilemma in the development of China's pension service industry from four aspects,which are the diversification of value orientation,the stage characteristics of economic development,the change of family structure and the social path dependence.Finally,after a thorough analysis of the plight of the development of China's elderly care service industry,on the basis of ethics,the author puts forward some constructive suggestions from the perspective of the government function,the social perspective,the family perspective and the legal perspective.To explore the development of China's elderly care services from the ethical perspective,to ensure that government organizations and non-governmental organizations to moral construction and means of the development of elderly care services,the maximum to meet the actual needs of the elderly,and ultimately create a harmonious living environment in the whole society,promoting the sustainable development of elderly care services.This paper advocates to strengthen the soft environment construction of the elderly care service industry,and to rationalize the ethical relationship of the elderly care service industry.Looking for the basic moral values and moral standards in the elderly care service industry as the value orientation to solve the current ethical dilemmas,this requires the government coordination,integration of social forces,establish the cooperation mechanism of the government,the society and the family of the three party,in order to promote the development of elderly care service industry,we should construct the ethical order and promote the healthy development of the elderly care service industry.
