The Research On The Realization Degree Of The Well-off Society In The District Of Hetang

In twentieth Century,comrade Deng Xiaoping put forward the blueprint for building a well-off society,after decades of efforts,until the beginning of twenty-first Century China has basically reached the goal of a well-off society,the well-off level is relatively low,there is a large gap between the level of modernization from.The Sixteen Party put forward,we should strive to achieve a comprehensive well-off in 2020,and put forward the concept of renewal and higher requirements.Hetang District,in recent years,has made great progress in economy,culture,education,legal system,has won the honor of national compulsory education balanced development of basic national advanced counties,harmonious community construction demonstration city,Hunan province civilized city,green city.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to monitor the process of building a well-off society in an all-round way with the mature evaluation system.This paper mainly adopts the methods of literature research,qualitative research and quantitative research,first determine the official assessment system to Hetang district to evaluate the following closely the five latitude on the assessment system,which are five aspects of economic development,people’s life and social development and ecological civilization,democracy and the rule of law,namely the evaluation system 5 one level index,statistical monitoring index combined with the 2016 release of the Hetang District,according to the statistical yearbook and the government work report,Hetang District in the first five years of web search and on-site visits to collect relevant data,using the mature evaluation system of Hetang district to build comparatively well-off society in the process of comprehensive evaluation,the comprehensive well-off Hetang district the social realization degree is 92%.The evaluation system of the lotus pond area,under the five latitude,a total of analysis into the level of the 22 indicators,more specific evaluation of the five latitudes of the two.For each evaluation index,can be quantified,and determine the degree of realization of a well-off society,mainly divided into:1 to achieve a comprehensive well-off,realization degree is 100%,14 indicators have reached Hetang district;2 of the basic completion of a comprehensive well-off society,realize the degree lies between 90%-100%,Hetang district has 2 index standard;3 did not reach a comprehensive well-off society,between 70%and 90%,Hetang district has 6 indexes reached;The realization of the well-off society in the lotus pond area is 92%,the well-off society is in good condition,and the basic goal is to achieve a well-off society in an all-round way.This paper also analyzes the evaluation results from three aspects:the overall situation,the major indicators,the two indicators.According to the evaluation results,the author concludes that there are some problems in the process of building a well-off society in an all-round way:the economy and industry need to be optimized,the financing of small and micro enterprises in Zhuzhou is difficult,and the income level of urban residents is low.On the basis of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis,and finally on how to ensure the realization of building a well-off society in an all-round way on Hetang District,put forward a series of countermeasures and suggestions,including:area development driven industry,expanding investment,urban and rural reform and innovation,etc..
