The Design And Implementation Of Electronic Government Information Reporting System

With the development of information technology,the application of computer has penetrated into every industry economic and social fields,as the informatization of the party and government organs of the state should actively explore more,at the forefront.Using information technology such as computer and network to the government administrative management and transaction in accordance with established procedures for processing online,as well as improve the efficiency of the administrative office to save administrative resources,reduce administrative cost,and is conducive to raising the level of modern management in the government.The implementation of e-government has a profound influence on today’s administration,governments at all levels to establish their own e-government system is the trend of The Times.This paper first introduces the domestic and foreign electronic government affairs development present situation,then analyzed some routine work in government at the provincial level demand for electronic government affairs information submitted to the system,based on B/S mode,the system’s overall framework,database,system security and so on has carried on the detailed design,adopting J2 EE + relational database + SOA(service-oriented architecture)the technical route of combining using Java/LotusScript + JS + HTML development language,has realized the province for the development of e-government information submitted to the system.Finally,by adopting the combination of black box testing and white box testing method,the system can realize the function of the test,the test results show that the system can meet the demand of a provincial government office daily,achieve the combination of theory and practice.
