Research On The Transformation Of Rural Social Governance From The Perspective Of New Small Urbanization

Rural social governance is an important part of national governance system and governance capacity modernization.The current rural governance has exposed many problems.Therefore,our country summed up the historical experience,put forward to people-centered new urbanization,due to the limitations of the scope of the pilot in the new urbanization process of rural governance in different regions as well as new towns,rural governance is also facing new problems.In China,realize rural social governance not only affects national goals,or a country is highly reflected off,most important is the "rural governance" directly affects the quality of life of rural residents.Therefore,under the background of the new urbanization,it is very necessary to discuss how to carry out the rural social governance.In this paper,the new urbanization as the background of governance in rural society to explore,based on combing the new urbanization of rural social governance innovation basis,characteristics,essence and summarize the original village governance model exposed on the analysis of the rural social governance problems according to the current problems and put forward to improve the idea of doing these efforts to improve China’s rural social governance mode,so as to better promote the development of our country,rural society and economy to enhance the level of public service,to realize the coordinated development of rural and urban,in order to achieve the "Chinese dream contribute to a force.This paper is divided into six parts: the first part is the introduction,mainly expounds the background and significance,then summarizes domestic and foreign research situation;the second part is the definition of the concept and theory used in this paper;the third part of the rural governance in the new era under the background of why the need for transformation and new the requirements set,the fourth part is to elaborate two factors restricting the transformation of governance mode of the new rural society in the process of urbanization,the fifth part is the basic idea of the new urbanization from the perspectiveof rural social governance mode of innovation and transformation,mainly for the three,the42 part puts forward some countermeasures and ideas;the sixth part is the conclusions and prospects,and pointed out that the long-term and arduous transformation of rural social governance model innovation.
