Study On Urban Development Strategy Of Guangan

At present,The government vigorously promote the development of multi-point multi polar support strategy.Hope that through the development of various cities to form an integrated development pattern.The first city is a leading position,but other cities are also important support points.However,the current urban development is not balanced,the gap between the level of urbanization is obvious,competitive strength is not strong.Guang'an is an important city in the northeast of Sichuan Province,with the formation of Chengdu Chongqing planning area and urban agglomeration,it also faces the changes of internal and external environment and competitive pressure.Therefore,it is particularly important to study the strategic issues of urban development from the perspective of long-term development.This article is based on the characteristics of the city,urban development and strategy closely related,on the basis of the theory of economics,planning,geography,to conduct the thorough research to the cross urban development strategic issues.The research is composed of five chapters.The first chapter is mainly about the background and significance of the research,as well as the research status at home and abroad.The second chapter is the theoretical part of the thesis,including the basis of city development strategy,the key and main components,which laid a theoretical foundation for the analysis of the Guang'an.In the third chapter,the dynamic analysis of the major strategic issues in the development of Guang'an city is carried out by using the method of historical dynamic analysis to understand the historical evolution of Guang'an's urban development.In the fourth chapter,the author uses SWOT analysis method to define the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of Guang'an City,which is the realistic basis for the development of Guang'an.The fifth chapter is the core part of this paper,study on present situation,problems and influencing factors on the development of Guang'an city,the purpose is to form the development orientation of major strategic issues on the development of Guang'an City,including city location,city space,city function,city development concept,industrial structure,the relationship between urban and rural areas and inter city relations.The research of this paper is innovative in theory and Practice,on the one hand,it improves the theoretical system of the connotation and characteristics of Including the basis of city development strategy,the key and main components,It forms a model of urban development from the perspective of urban location,urban space,and urban functions,which provides a model and framework for the analysis of urban problems in the future.On the other hand,the thesis makes clear the specific orientation of urban development strategy in Guang'an,and provides the theoretical support for Guang'an to speed up the construction of regional central cities.
