Study On Legal Issues Of Consumer Rights Protection In Online Trading

In our country,with the increasing use of network technology and the changing of people's consuming ideas,the number of people using network shopping is increasing,network shopping is becoming more and more frequent.Online commodity trading and relevant service behavior as a kind of new trade form,promotes the great change in lifestyle and the rapid development of social economy.It also poses a new challenge of consumer rights protection at the same time.In this paper we study based on the problems existing in the protection of consumers' rights and interests in network transactions.First of all,it mainly discusses the concepts and characteristics of online transactions,network trading consumers,rural network consumers and network consumers' rights and interests,and then analyzes the differences between them and traditional trading models.Secondly,combining with the realistic national conditions in our country aiming at the protection of the rights and interests of consumers in online trading of relevant laws and regulations as well as the urban and rural duality social,we put forward the practical problems existing in the network consumers' rights and interests protection' rights and interests protection,including consumer rights and interests of the right to know,personal information right,regret,right and fair trading right and interests to the defects of protection,with the manifestation of such problems as the breakthrough point,in-depth analysis of the causes of such problems.Then,the next part is the relevant comments on the foreign system of network shopping consumer rights and interests protection.Finally,it is proposed to improve the protection of Chinese Internet shopping consumer rights protection.Including strengthen the network trade consumer rights protection in China and improve the administrative supervision mechanism of our country,to perfect our judicial relief system,perfecting the rural consumer advocacy group that four aspects put forward the proposal,hoping to promote the healthy and orderly development of network economy of our country and effectively protect the lawful rights and interests of Internet consumers.
