Research And Analysis Of The Related Issues Of Security Examination On Drugs Hidden In Body

Drug crime is a serious threat to national security and human health;it is been fought roundly by the most country in the world.As one of drug crime,the crime of hiding drugs in body existed a long time in foreign countries.Drug traffickers of "Golden Triangle" have introduced it into our country.In the early 21 st century,the crime of hiding drugs in body often occurred in our country.This crime is high concealment,dangerous,difficult to obtain evidence.Traditional investigative methods have little effect on this crime.It has aroused the attention of the relevant departments.The research and detection equipment have been increased.It has played a certain role in fighting the crime.At present,the laws and regulations of about the crime of hiding drugs are not sound,resulting the relevant provisions are simple,umfangreich,fuzzy,not conducive to the protection of the suspect's rights and the fight against the crime of drugs hidden in body.Inspection methods are not standardized,it also easily violate person's legal rights and interests.The human bodycheck technology involved some sensitive legal issues,some constructive countermeasures were been put forward for the improvement of the security examination mechanism.It is also necessary to insist on combating crime and safeguarding human rights in the detection of drugs hidden in body to achieve a win-win and balance between the two sides.This thesis consists of four parts.In the first part,the concept,type,characteristic and detecting methods of the crime of drugs hiding in body were introduced in brief.The inspection methods and technologies of drugs hidden in body are reviewed in the second part.The main are police dog technology,terahertz imaging technology,millimeter-wave technology and gastrointestinal tract poisoning imaging diagnostic methods,which includes X-ray abdominal plain film method,B-ultrasonography method,CT scanning method,X-ray backscatter imaging technique,X-ray transmission scanning imaging technique and plate X-ray transmission imaging technique.The principles,conditions and scope of using,advantages and defects of above technology are discussed.In the third part,the problems and causes of drugs hidden in body are analyzed from the social factors,the popularity of technical equipment,and the legal issues on investigation.The legal nature and controversy of the examination system are discussed.the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the system of security examination on drugs hidden in body are put forward in the fourth part.These include improving the relevant laws and regulations,enhancing the education of anti-drug,improving intelligence system of information,increasing research funding and equipment support investment,setting up a special investigation team,changing the case registration system,building undocumented inspection system,regulating the inspection process,improving the protection of human rights.
