The Current Situation And Countermeasures Study Of Illegal Fishing In Shanghai Dianshan Lake

"Faced with increasing resource constraints,severe environmental pollution and a deteriorating ecosystem,we must raise our ecological awareness of the need to respect,accommodate to and protect nature",18th CPC National Congress put forward.However,with the rapid development of economy,the ecological environment and resources in most parts of China have been severely damaged due to over exploitation,which includes water environment and fishery resources.In recent years,fisheries water area pollution in our country is serious and the fishery resource has been degraded year by year,which has becomed an indisputable fact.Due to the limited resources,more and more illegal fishing,large-scale predatory fishing has greatly hindered the restoration of fisheries resources,and caused a serious impact on the sustainable development of fisheries.How to effectively control the illegal fishing,protect the fishery resources and promote the sustainable development of the fishery,which is the urgent problem to be solved by the relevant government departments at present.In this paper,we take the problem of illegal fishing in Shanghai Dianshan Lake as the research object.We investigate the current status of illegal fishing in Dianshan Lake and the problems and causes of the government in the process of governance through field surveys,interviews and other methods.At the same time,draw lessons from foreign experience about the management of illegal fishing,and put forward some suggestions and countermeasures to solve the problem.This paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter puts forward the research background,the significance of the research,the research methods and related literature review;The second chapter puts forward the core concept and theoretical basis of this paper;The third chapter analyzes the current situation of Dianshan Lake illegal fishing problems and the current situation of management;The fourth chapter analyzes the Dianshan Lake illegal fishing problems and causes;The fifth chapter summarizes some foreign experience and practice about illegal fishing;The sixth chapter puts forward suggestions and countermeasures to deal with the problem of illegal fishing in Shanghai Dianshan Lake.The study found that the Dianshan Lake governance illegal fishing problems and reasons in many aspects,including the problems and reasons of the government regulation,the problem and reason of the fishermen's level and the social public problems and reasons.These problems are common in the field of fisheries management in inland waters of China.From the actual situation area of Dianshan Lake and the reasons for the problems,this article puts forward concrete suggestions and countermeasures for effective governance.The purpose of this article is to solve the problem of illegal fishing in Dianshan Lake area to the greatest extent,help to ease the contradiction between the government and the people and promote the development of fishery production of Dianshan Lake fishery resources and the sustainable.At the same time,it can provide reference and guidance for the illegal fishing management in other inland water area of our country.
