Policy Research On Promoting The Equalization Of Social Stratum In The Period Of Economic Growth In Japan

With the rapid economic growth and social development since the reform and opening up,China's wealth distribution and social class differentiation is becoming more and more serious.The fair distribution of social wealth and the degree of differentiation of social class determine the growth vitality of social economy and the follow-up development space,which influence and restrict the social stability and social equity.Therefore,how to solve the problem of social wealth distribution and stratum differentiation in the process of rapid economic development is very important to the future development of our country's economic and social development.Japan as the first modern country in East Asia,after the end of World War II also experienced rapid economic growth and a widening gap between rich and poor,can better solve the development stage,rapid economic growth and social stratification in this problem from the results,the distribution of wealth and class differentiation has become one of the relatively fair state.Discussion on how to deal with and solve the problem of wealth and social differentiation in the period of economic growth in Japan has important inspiration and reference for China.This paper in post-war Japan every ten years a social structure and social mobility(SSM)national survey data based on Japan's rapid economic growth and change of income distribution in the period of social mobility and objective analysis and subjective index through the SSM national survey data in the influence of social class identity,found that there exists a correlation between income,education,occupation and other factors and the middle income class,related policy experience of redistribution of income,education and occupation protection and study of post-war taken by the Japanese government,trying to provide policy advice to solve the problems of today's social stratification China face.The main research contents of this paper include the following five parts.The first part is the introduction,aggravate the problem through the differentiation of social structure faces are briefly introduced Chinese current in the process of economic growth,this paper explains the research background;through a brief description in post-war Japan "one hundred million is the equalization of social phenomenon in the interpretation of the Japanese government to promote the necessity and possibility of the equalization policy reference class.In addition,it also involves the domestic and foreign research,as well as the research methods,research framework,research purpose and innovation point of the paper.The second part is the concept definition and theoretical basis,mainly to define and explain the main concepts and theoretical basis of the paper.The third part is the income distribution in the period of rapid economic growth in Japan and the social class differentiation status,first through the Gene coefficient,the poverty rate and other indicators to the objective analysis of the Japanese 1955-1985 years of wealth distribution,and then analyzes the social order equal during this period Japan "one hundred million stream" of the historical background and the formation process,subjective index through the results of SSM influence of social class identity,found that there exists correlation between income,education,occupation and other factors and the middle income class.The fourth part based exists relationship between income,education,occupation and the middle income class in the SSM survey data,mainly studied Japan's 1955-1985 years to promote the redistribution policy,education policy,employment policy level equalization policy initiatives and effect etc..The fifth part is based on the analysis and summary of the policy experience of the promotion of the level of economic growth in Japan,and put forward the policy suggestions and reform ideas that are worth learning from.
